Who Am I?

First things first, yes, I have an unusual name. You may not meet another Anadine in your lifetime! But that's not the only interesting thing about me.

My basic biography:

I was born and raised in Denver, CO (way before it was cool), as the 2nd of 7 kids. My mom is a singer, so we grew up singing with her. I have fantastic memories of being in musicals because they needed kids, and she basically had a built in children's chorus.

I grew up wanting to be a singer just like her, so when I went to college, I went as a vocal performance major.  While in college, I won many competitions and scholarships, and also played "Gretel" in "Hansel and Gretel". I graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver (Now Metropolitan State University of Denver)with a degree in Music: Vocal Performance in 2005.

I briefly considered going professional in the world of Opera, but at the time, all of the young artist programs age cutoff's were 27, and I was 29. So, I took some time off from singing, and proceeded to have a passel of children myself.

I ended up with 4 awesome kids, and between the 3rd and 4th, started singing in earnest again. I began with singing with the Utah Symphony Chorus in 2012, and then the Utah Opera Chorus in 2014. I also occasionally do community theater, when my schedule allows.  I took on my first student in the fall of 2019, which gave me the confidence to open up a full studio.

Why Should You Train With Me?

I believe that singing should be natural, enjoyable, and beautiful. When you sing with me, we  will focus on foundations, and personal confidence. If you choose to sing with me, I will help you find "your" voice!
